Money Laundering Regulations

If you choose to use our services, we will be required to carry out due-diligence checks to verify your identity in accordance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.

The information collected will be processed solely by the us and our staff for the purpose of complying with these regulations and will be shared with your appointed conveyancing solicitor.

  • For sellers and all beneficiaries, proof of ownership, identity and residency checks must be completed upon signing the Agency Agreement before the agent can begin marketing the property for sale.
  • For buyers, identity and residency checks must be completed once an offer has been accepted and before a Memorandum of Sale can be issued.
